Canada's Ashleigh McIvor enters the Vancouver Games in a unique position: She is the reigning world champion in women's ski cross, an event that makes its Olympic debut essentially in her backyard (McIvor was born in Vancouver and grew up in Whistler)... An avid downhill mountain biker, the 26-year-old has sustained more than 20 shoulder dislocations in her career.
