Rafalski and Chris Drury are the only players on the 2010 Olympic team from the 2002 silver-medal winning team, as well as the 2006 Olympic team... Named an alternate captain of the Olympic team, is coming off the best offensive season of his career, scoring 59 points in 2008-09... He ranked second among NHL defensemen in assists (49) and third in points... Has won three Stanley Cups (2000 and 2003 with the New Jersey Devils and 2008 with the Red Wings)... Was undrafted after college and played four full seasons in Europe before signing as a free agent with the Devils... Has three sons with his wife, Felicity.

As the pilot for the USA-1 bobsled, I broke a 62-year gold medal drought when my sled, the 'Night Train" won the Olympic title at the 2010 Vancouver Games. A degenerative eye condition nearly caused me to quit my sport in 2008, but corrective surgery restored my vision to 20-20.
