Cross-country skiing: What to expect With four medals in 20 Olympic Winter Games, the United States and Canada have not exactly dominated cross-country skiing. Although talented Europeans stand in the way, the 2010 Games could be a much different story.As the pilot for the USA-1 bobsled, I broke a 62-year gold medal drought when my sled, the 'Night Train" won the Olympic title at the 2010 Vancouver Games.
