Getting to know Marc Kennedy

At age nine Kennedy watched his current skip Kevin Martin win the 1991
national title, which provided the inspiration reach that level. Showing a poise on the ice beyond his age, Kennedy calls curling a gentleman's game. He and lead Ben Hebert form what many believe to be the finest sweeping pair in curling history. Martin calls them his "bulls."

    Who am I?

As the pilot for the USA-1 bobsled, I broke a 62-year gold medal drought when my sled, the 'Night Train" won the Olympic title at the 2010 Vancouver Games. A degenerative eye condition nearly caused me to quit my sport in 2008, but corrective surgery restored my vision to 20-20.
